Lost Password Retrieval for Domain Registrations

If you have lost or misplaced your password to manage your domain name you can now login to our site and manage your domain name details directly in our new support system. Login at the top of our web page to access your domain names. If you forgot your password to our support system then click on the "Forgotten Your Password? Request a Password Reset" link under the login at the top of the website. We will email your new password for our support system to the email address we have on file for you.


For your protection: Passwords can not be emailed to any other location.

Please Note:
If the Registrant Email Address is no longer valid, the Registrant Contact listed in Expiry's records (the WHOIS record) must fax in a signed request on company letterhead that matches the listed company as well as a copy of the Registrant's driver's license to 604-677-5370.

If the Registrant Contact record is also no longer correct, or the above fax can not be supplied as required to provide sufficient evidence of ownership, Expiry will require proof of purchase of the domain name, such as a copy of the original registration confirmations or payment confirmations.
