In trademark law, multiple owners of the same trademark can co-exist under different classes. The current domain name system permits only one registrant to use a particular domain name.

If you have a registered trademark you must be diligent in registering the matching domain name before it is taken by another individual/business that has a similar trademark.

As well, one must be cautioned when registering Domain Names to be careful that the name they are registering does not directly interfere with a registered trademark.
