If you cannot log into your SiteBuilder normally and you are constantly encountering this error message, the most probable reason for the issue is that you have ZoneAlarm firewall software, which has been reported to cause cookies issues with the Zen SiteBuilder tool.

Please try switching your ZoneAlarm software off and you should be able to log into your SiteBuilder account normally.

This message also comes up if someone else is already logged into your Sitebuilder at the same time. Accepting the message and logging in anyway will disconnect the other user.
