ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server - Squirrelmail

Question:

I'm not getting any mail from my account when I try to use Squirrelmail or Nutsmail/webmail

This is the error message I get when I go online and try to view my email.

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: FETCH 1:* (FLAGS UID RFC822.SIZE INTERNALDATE BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (Date To Cc From Subject X-Priority Importance Priority Content-Type)])

Answer:

this is caused by your disk space being all used up by emails and website files stored in your account. You are over your hosting account disk space quota. You need to upgrade to a larger hosting plan or delete enough files from your account to allow emails to be stored again within the disk space you are allowed to use. If you are having trouble doing this then contact us and let us know so that we can help you resolve this.
