as you know we are always fine tuning our services to make things better for all of you.
For the last half a year or so we have noticed a large increase in spoofed spam - the kind where someone pretends to be you and sends spam out from their email account masquarading as yours so that you end up with all of the rejected email notices instead of them. This accounts for most of the spam that we have not been able to control - until now.
We have added new spam filtering that also requires each of your hosting accounts to have 3 new email "Forwarders" that forward this kind of bad rejected email to a blackhole so that you don't ever see or need to see it. According to international email rules each hosting account should have 3 email accounts to send complaints to - abuse, hostmaster and postmaster. 99% of you did not have or use these accounts so I have created them for each one of you and then I have also redirected them to the :blackhole: so that they automatically disappear.

So ... next time you look at your email forwarder list - don't be alarmed - I put them there and a whole lot more of the spam you used to have to deal with is now gone.
If you don't want these forwarders in your account redirecting them to the :blackhole: then you can edit them and forward them to wherever you like.
