A. We don't offer any free reseller solution. You will need to lease or purchase a hosting shopping cart from a third party. I have outlined great 3 choices here that I have worked with and that I know work well with our servers.
To automate the reseller process you need a hosting shopping cart. We use the www.whmcs.com system. It works well and automatically provisions accounts you sell - just like we do. It is quite involved in initial setup but it works well. It is the deluxe solution.
Another good one is www.awbs.com - it's relatively new but looks gorgeous and comes with it's own premade reseller site. All you would have to do is change the Header logo on the site they lease you set up your plans in the billing software to match the plans you created in your reseller plan and you're in business. This is the Middle solution in the field of possible choices.
So ..... to get going you would have to get a dedicated IP address and Digital Certificate for your sales site so that the shopping cart is secure. Install whichever shopping cart you like, set it up and get into business for yourself.
